Privacy statement
Clear records for a real coffee inquiry
Brewed Awakenings receives paid advertising traffic and answers questions about coffee, roasting, baked goods, and visits. This page says what the site records, why it uses it, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
This statement is in force now
This privacy statement takes effect on October 10, 2026. It covers brewedawakeningse.com, its inquiry forms, its support messages, and the consent choices attached to those functions.
The site is a compact business card for Brewed Awakenings. It does not sell coffee through a cart, take payment, or create an online order.
A named business operates this site
The operator and controller is Brewedawakeningse, trading at brewedawakeningse.com. The postal address is 6500 NE 117th Ave, Vancouver, Washington 98662, Vancouver, Washington, United States.
The business contact is [email protected] or 360-573-7170. Brewed Awakenings is the family-owned coffee business behind this site.
The form records what a reply needs
The inquiry form writes your name, phone, email, address, the kind of enquiry, the message, the requested specification, and the consent tick. It also receives the moment the page was rendered and the moment the form was sent.
With the form request, the site receives the IP address, browser user-agent string, and referring URL. The support chat receives the conversation and keeps a token in your browser so you can return to it. The consent choice is stored in your browser under site_consent_v2.
Landing URLs can carry the advertising click identifiers gclid, msclkid, and fbclid. No account, password, payment, or card data is taken.
Each field has a job
Name and contact details let Brewed Awakenings answer. The kind, message, and requested specification make the answer useful. Address information can explain a request. Render and send times, IP address, user-agent, and referring URL help operate the form and limit abuse.
Chat data keeps a conversation together. The consent record remembers the choice made in the banner. Advertising identifiers and consent signals support paid traffic measurement and storage choices. They are not used to infer health, religion, or another sensitive trait.
Consent is stated plainly
Consent is the legal basis for optional advertising and analytics storage and for the optional cookie choice. Contract is the basis when a visitor asks the business to take steps toward a possible arrangement. Legitimate interest is the basis for ordinary business correspondence, abuse prevention, and necessary operational records.
You can withdraw consent by declining optional storage or changing Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Paid clicks carry their own marker
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads send traffic here today. Google Ads attaches gclid to a click. Microsoft Advertising attaches msclkid. Meta Ads attaches fbclid where a campaign runs there.
The terms google ads and microsoft advertising identify the services used in this advertising route. These identifiers are handled under the choices described below. Nothing in this statement says a platform has reviewed, approved, or verified this site.
Storage starts denied
Consent Mode v2, also called consent mode, holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage denied until the visitor allows storage. When the visitor declines or withdraws, all four signals are set back to denied.
The banner does not block the page. Required storage keeps the consent choice and support conversation working. Optional advertising and analytics storage stays off until the visitor chooses it.
Recipients are named one by one
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC receives Google Ads signals and the consent signals that govern them. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd handles Microsoft Advertising and its msclkid route. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd handles Meta Ads where a campaign runs there.
The hosting provider serves this site and stores the enquiry database. The mail provider carries the notification to the operator’s inbox. Microsoft’s own privacy statement is privacy.microsoft.com.
Some providers work across borders
Data can be transferred outside the country of collection when a named hosting, mail, or advertising provider operates across countries. A transfer uses the provider’s applicable contractual safeguards, an adequacy decision where one applies, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Ask the business for the route relevant to your request.
Records have defined periods
Enquiries and their email copies are kept for 36 months. Chat transcripts are kept for 12 months. Server and access logs are kept for 90 days. The record of a consent choice is kept for 12 months.
Operational deletion follows those periods unless a record must be kept longer to handle a live matter or meet a legal duty.
Protection is practical work
The site uses restricted server access, controlled form endpoints, transport encryption where available, input validation, honeypot fields, and limited retention. The inquiry database and notification route are not public pages.
No security measure makes risk zero. Do not send card data, passwords, medical information, or religious information in a form or support message.
GDPR rights stay readable
For visitors who reach the site from Europe, the gdpr rights are access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawing consent. You can ask what we hold, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, receive portable information where that right applies, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
United States rights apply
US state privacy law applies, including California’s CCPA and CPRA, identified here as ccpa, plus other state laws in force. Depending on the state, rights can include knowing, accessing, correcting, deleting, obtaining a copy, limiting certain uses, and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
This site does not sell personal information. The right to opt out of sale or sharing is still stated directly. California residents can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or their state Attorney General.
A browser signal can speak for you
Global Privacy Control, written here as global privacy control and including the Sec-GPC header, is honoured as an opt-out without asking again. It applies to the advertising and sharing choices covered by the signal.
This site is not for children
The site is for adults making an inquiry about coffee, baked goods, or a visit. It is not for children, and Brewed Awakenings does not knowingly take data from children.
You can raise a concern outside this business
You may complain to your state Attorney General. In California, you may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency. Visitors covered by the GDPR may complain to a data protection authority in their country.
Send a data request directly
Write to [email protected] or use the form below. You can also write to 6500 NE 117th Ave, Vancouver, Washington 98662. Say which right you want to exercise and give enough detail for the business to find the record. A data request is answered within 10 days.
Do not send identity documents, medical details, religious information, passwords, or payment details in the message. Brewed Awakenings may ask for information needed to confirm that the request is yours.
Data request form
This form is for privacy rights, not a coffee order. Name and consent are required. Add a phone number or email so a reply can reach you; either contact channel is optional on its own.
Updates carry a new date
When this statement changes, the revised text is published on this page and the effective or last-updated date changes. A material change can also be mentioned in the cookie banner or a direct business reply where that route is appropriate.
The law of Washington, United States, governs this statement. Disputes are heard in the courts of Vancouver.
